Absolutely! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Be sure to report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.


What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. Please report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Who covers the return shipping costs?

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the shipping cost for the return.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If the order has already been processed, our regular return policy applies.


How do you handle color variations?

We strive for color accuracy, but minor variations can occur due to the printing process. These are considered within acceptable tolerance levels. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, you may return it within 14 days, subject to our return policy.
